There will be a players meeting on Friday 2nd December to update you on the current Senior Management situation. All players who intend to play Senior or Reserve football next year should attend. All players are asked to be in at the club rooms for 8pm sharp.
Lucky lotto numbers this week were: 3,14,16,17 & 23.With four numbers George Conway and Eamon McBride shared £50. The club's AGM will be held at the clubrooms on Sunday 8th January @ 2pm. However a pre AGM course has been arranged for Monday 5th December @ 7.30pm at the clubrooms. This course has been devised to assist the club to plan and prepare in advance for the AGM so that the best decisions are made and the most appropriate people are nominated for the positions in the club, therefore all club members(not just committee members) who have the interest of the club at heart are encouraged to attend .Nomination and motion forms for the AGM will be available for collection at this meeting ( forms will also be available from Leo McCullagh's and Carolan's shop after 5th December or by contacting Secretary Damien Bradley on 82251388). It is vitally important to note that these nominations and motions forms will not be accepted after 1st January 06. All nominations and motions will have to be forwarded using the forms provided. On Friday Glenelly competed in the Scór na nÓg competition which was held in Carrickmore. Thanks to the Ladies quiz team and the Furey Sister’s who unfortunately didn’t progress. Congratulations to Mary Carmel Kearney for reaching the County Finals for her recitation. Check local press for details of Finals. |
